Covid19 Special Terms

Like you, my husband and I are travelers ourselves and we understand the difficulty of traveling during this time. If there is a Turkey travel ban, or a significant increase of burden for traveling to  Turkey, as imposed by the government, you have our assurance that we will be as flexible as possible in working with you to reschedule your holiday.

If necessary, for COVID travel bans, we will even refund 100% of the funds you were not able to claim from your travel insurance (less the deduction of any payment processing fees and the cost to send your payment back). This is on the condition that the reason for cancellation is a travel ban or quarantine restrictions imposed on your Turkish holiday.
